We can upgrade any house with everything from hardwood floors to full basements (pre-construction of course). Don't be afraid to ask, the sky's the limit! Most of our floorplans have one or more plan options, or layout changes that are designed to add living space or functionality to a floorplan. Loft options, bonus room options, window seat/ bench options, and luxury master bath options are available in most plans. Most walls, doors, and windows can be moved to customize each plan to suit the needs of the customer. No two Meadowbrook homes are the same.
